HQ Releases Crazy Mix Tape Called H For Hierarchy
The 13 track project is currently available for download. The mixtape features appearances from Luisa, Tek, and Majestik. Rest In Peace VH1 Star Ahmad (Real) Givens Dies At 33 After Cancer Fight
Rest in peace; sorry to about anyone dying for cancer, my Grandmother died from cancer so I know that can be a big ordeal. Our thoughts and prayers go to the entire family.

Ahmad Givens, who was known as Real on VH1’s “Real Chance of Love,” died after a battle with cancer, his brother said.
Givens passed away late Friday, hours after he struggled to see and speak when his family visited, TMZ reported. He was 33.
Givens had been battling stage 4 colon cancer since he was diagnosed in 2013, according to TMZ.
He briefly went into remission after a surgery to remove tumors from his liver and rectum. He was placed on chemotherapy when the cancer came back.
Givens said doctors stopped the treatment two months ago because “none of it works anymore.” He hoped a clinical trial would target his tumors.
His condition worsened last month after a fall confined him to his bed, TMZ said. He tweeted about not feeling well on Jan 9
