A young Bahamian Artist bringing whats new to the scene. Although there’s nothing new under the sun, which I disbelieve. I present to you Alternate Hip Hop Bahamian Soundz. The experience is unique and different, but what’s your opinion? I ask, that you as my fans, supporters and those who are just lovers of music, regardless of genre to lend me your ear.
I do not possess a fear of constructive criticism or positive or negative feedback.
Simply because as quoted by many famous artists; “What doesn’t kill me will make me stronger”. So I state to critics “Do as thou wilt”. However, I will always put my best foot forward in pursuing this craft, as there is nothing but passion and love for it.
The music that I submit to you may not be for everyone, but it’s available to any and everyone. This is music for whether you are on a high or feeling low or anywhere in between; there is something in this music that we all can relate to.
These words are just a description of one of the layers that make up “JSanzz” and there’s always more to know.
As I continue to showcase my talents and grow as an Artist and experiment with different genres of music, while amplifying my love of HipHop; the originator of my lyrical development and intrigue. I will ensure to bring better and more for the ones who encourage me to bring out the best me for you.

Austin R&B crooner Jonathas links up with producer/songwriter Kydd Jones to deliver “No No” which is the first single off his upcoming “L.i.F.e.” EP. After a small hiatus, the former “Voice” season 2 contestant is back with a new collaborative project following his 2014 mixtape “The Foreigner 3” (TF3) Hosted by DEF JAMs A&R VP Don Cannon.
Written and produced by Kydd Jones, the duo came together to simply make something fresh. After a long acquaintance, the two started collaborating on songs here and there, and then they decided to make a joint project. The process was fluid in exchange in ideas and creative direction, and thus “L.i.F.e.” was born.
“No No” is a unique treat that combines smoothsoundscapes with contrastingly smooth ambient R&B vocals. A breath of fresh air, something dope and delicious to inhale with the hardness of the beats, the phenomenal Kydd Jones production styles paired with the smooth vocal grooves of Jonathas. Quality is at the fore front of the project and they both believe in what they’ve done whole heartedly. Vibe out to the new single “No No” available everywhere now, and be on the lookout for the “L.i.F.e.” EP dropping later this summer.
Strictly Kong Ent. takes the music game to a whole other level, releasing three new singles from Monsta Kodi’s project, “Hip Hop”, the title track, “Illuminati” & “Can’t You See”.
Hip Hop: The title track and a straight up shout out to the artists, DJs and culture that inspired the Bronx-born emcee. Monsta Kodi is a true artist fueled by intense passion and a powerful message, both which shine through as he pays homage and points out the hypocrisy in the beloved music genre of Hip-Hop. If you listen closely, you can actually hear sucka mc’s crumbling under the weight of Monsta Kodi’s bars and he is sure to earn a salute from those that helped to lay the foundation for the Mecca known as Hip Hop.
Illuminati – Katt Williams’ chilling words on the intro of “Illuminati” sets the tone perfectly for the treasure chest of jewels to be revealed in his verses. Every punchline in this song is a precautionary tug at your conscience to wake up and see the demons hiding in the smoke and mirrors of the entertainment industry.
Can’t You See – Featuring Courtney Lacy, this single is nod to the classic Total song featuring the late, great Notorious B.I.G. It has all of the makings for it to be the “go to” song for the party, family cookout or even your new summer jam. Monsta Kodi uses his gritty wit in storytelling to spill his love for HIP-HOP over a clean, bubbly track produced by Dred Beatz. The feel-good song sparks nostalgia for the lost innocent LOVE that seems to be missing in the music today.
