Okayche

Okayche is an artist / producer from Cleveland, Ohio born on September 18, 1996. He started producing when he was 10 back in 2006 at his grandparents house and rapping and singing when he was 14 in 2010 on his school provided Macbook. Inspired by the individuality and versatility of multi talented artists like Kanye West, Childish Gambino and Tyler The Creator, he saw his chance and decided to start taking music more seriously and dropped out of college twice after graduating high school to pursue it.

“See You” is Okayche’s second release of this year after missing February on his monthly release plan and is the last drop before his first EP of the year debuts titled “Shine”. This new track is a smooth ode to seducing a girl. Okayché hops on a mellifluous beat courtesy of Dallas-based producer Rioretti, and the result is an excellent sample of both his talents as a vocalist as well as his bars.

Those old school derived roots can be heard on songs such as “Shot Dreams”. The single is for all the dreamers trying to achieve relief when their goals may fall short.
