Chairboy

Reynold Stubblefield, also known by the stage name Chairboy, is an upcoming rapper/producer who originally grew up in Northeast Philadelphia before he moved out to Delaware 3 years ago to help shape the small music scene the state has. Growing up, Chairboy got into artists like Kanye, Earl Sweatshirt, Danny Brown, Mac Demarco, Homeshake, and Soft Cell. Chairboy intends to make out of the box and experimental music to grab the feelings out of others. With the help of his fellow Co producer/ engineer @MOONSIDESOUND, he is able to reach a very unique sound that can also contain relative elements when it comes to production. Chairboy has just released his first project “The Aquatic Singles Program” on SoundCloud which consists of 5 singles he created last year. https://soundcloud.com/chairboy/sets/aquatic-singles-program-ep. Chairboy is currently working on putting together music that explains more of who he is as a person, music that shows his vulnerability, and exposes the naked truth of the artist.

He now unleashes the official video behind one of the standout tracks from the EP, “Daydream”

“Daydream” is the second song on the Aquatic Singles Program EP and any artist can relate to the content discussed within the song heard in the hook. The hook has to do with a growth of impatience that can be felt when trying to achieve your dreams and goals as an artist. “Why the fuck this daydream so long” is basically saying why the fuck won’t my dreams of getting big turn into a reality already! Cuz let’s be real, it takes a long ass time to really take off as an artist, but through all the hustling and struggling we all have our moments where we forget about patience, in which we have to remind ourselves again that a craft takes time. In between the hook I spit a verse that showcases my artistic ability and talent with writing. I’ve also drawn some attention toward the video with the funny skit at the beginning that mentions the hip hop argument between old heads and the new generation of rap. The music video was shot by @Winzgotbeats and edited by no jumper’s video editor @filo5ofi. Also Co produced by @MOONSIDESOUND
