On the one year anniversary to his untimely demise “Dear Dad” revisits the pure feelings & raw emotions as capsuled on that very day into a conversation piece with his father, chronicling their estranged relationship and the ambivalence of regrets, internal family disputes and lessons learnt from all that is to transpire. The visuals capture moments from his trip back to Nigeria to bury his father and serves as a focal point for introspection and self therapy in dealing with the lost relationship they never got to have.
