Mohamad “Tokes” Tokko, an Arizona based rapper recently dropped a response track to Presidential Candidate Donald Trump. As a Lebanese-American Muslim, Tokes felt with all the current social issues surrounding the Muslim religion, he would use music as not only an outlet, but show the world how an entire religion cannot be blamed for the wrong acts of a small group of people. In an effort to fight the Anti-Muslim rants and discrimination, Tokes believes that the can use his voice as both an artist and attorney to educate others. Tokes strongly believes that by putting out a positive message through hip hop music he can continue to portray Islam for what it truly is, a religion of peace and love.
