SAVEFRESCO’s newest single “Talk” explains how everyone around him is just living their life telling lies, and pretending to be someone they’re not. He also quotes, “see me in the night, I’m alive, cause this life done got me fucked up I don’t even feel a lot”, meaning that with everything he’s been through, he is numb to the pain and can no longer tell what’s real or fake.
SAVEFRESCO was born in Lima, Peru on December 12th, 1997 – (20 Years Old). He came to the US (New Jersey) with his family to escape poverty and a better chance at life when he was only three years old. He grew up not having much but always pushing forward. In his teenage years he fell under depression and the only way out of it was music. He uses music to cope with depression and hopes to bring others up as well. The name “SAVEFRESCO” comes from being fresh (Fresco) and (save) as in save fresco because of his many suicidal thoughts. He is a voice for the troubled youth, and he wants to change the world by bringing more attention to those in pain, suffering from depression.
