0

For starters, YunggMazi and YunggBoiGohan are from New York City. They started crafting music all the way back in their high school days. The pair have always had a big passion for music. We were making music initially just for fun but as of recently, they began pursuing things as a business.

After realizing that people actually liked their sound, they felt the need to work on our music more, seeking improvement and growing our talents further. Describing the music, they would classify it as Hip-Hop / R&B. It’s their dream to become icons in the music game and we they are willing to put in all of the work necessary. Here is their latest song, “Sweating Her”, produced by (Stunnah Beatz).

Advantage Eiffle & Ale The Man – Insane @AdvantageEiffle @alethemannn

Ale The Man, 22, is from New Haven, Connecticut. He put himself on the CT music scene with his hit single “Dummy” which influenced a new culture of music in Connecticut, opening doors for artists who make music for a dance that originated in Hartford, CT. The dance is called the Dum Out/Freak It. Ale the Man is also working on a follow up to his first project “Philosophy” (on Apple Music: https://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/ale-the-man/id1280058043 ) Ale also shoots videos and makes beats. He engineered, directed and edited the “Insane” video.

Advantage Eiffle, 27, is from Hartford, Connecticut. He is currently 2 projects in after dropping ‘East to West’ in September ( https://soundcloud.com/3iffletower/sets/east-to-west ) and ‘Once in a Blue Moon’ a year ago.

Their song ‘Insane’ was made with the Dum Out/Freakit dance in mind. The dance has yet to go viral and has a quite ugly history. in the early 2000’s, it was forbidden to do the dance if you weren’t from Albany Ave. If you did it you risked being g checked by people from the Ave. Zoe ‘Gangstalicious’ Dowdell (a CT artist who was killed by police) is known to have made the dance cool to do any where in Hartford. Ale’s ‘Dummy’ made the dance cool to do outside of Hartford.

The duo represent a unity between conflicting cities within the state. Hartford and New Haven have been beefing for years over drugs, gangs, sports rivalries and compete often for most dangerous place in Connecticut. We hope to push Connecticut to stop competing over town lines and work together to shine light on Connecticut as a whole. And maybe that could inspire other small states like us.

Ramzy – Off the Roof

Ramzy dropped a new single titled “Off the Roof” and gave an inside look on the meaning behind it.

“Off the Roof” talks about a night at a party with my jeep. I had the top and the doors off and we were just riding around blasting music and having fun. My friends were there and there were some good looking girls with us too. We kept on running into these two guys who kept giving us negative vibes and just hate on us straight up. The night was so fun that I ended up writing to it in the studio as a freestyle, and polishing it later on as a record.

As a young boy, Ramzy always wanted to be in the spotlight, either acting or singing, he knew he wasn’t meant for a 9 to 5. From North Africa, to Queens, NY. Ramzy was introduced to Hip-Hop, he started writing pages and pages of lyrics. At the time Andre 3000 was his idol. After a few years Ramzy ended up moving to Stamford, CT. At the time of the movement there were many bumps in his life, so music was not his priority.

After 2-3 years he met Mike, his producer. Working with Mike after a while, Ramzy reignited his passion for music and even recorded his first song. After work day after day, perfecting his craft, he finally released his first music video and has been moving up ever since.

Chicago to Compton artist RedAngel has been making some significant noise lately. After dropping a couple of well received tracks including his Nef The Pharaoh assisted banger, he returns with his high octane new mixtape, Red October III: Halloween Gang.

Clocking in at a solid 13 tracks, the project is a solidly curated tape that builds on the sound Red established in his singles. Riding over bouncy, trap inspired production, Red never waivers with his lyricism and still shines brightest on a tape full of aggressive features including Skeme, AD, Skooly & of course Nef.

Standout tracks from the project would be, “Bag Talk,” “In My Mode,” & the Compton Menace assisted track, “Moving Fast.” With 13 tracks to digest a piece of Red’s story, the 3rd installment of Red October is the meal we were promised after a few promising appetizers.

No Alarms – Find Me @noalarmsmusic

0

“Find Me” is the latest hypnotic single from the rising Detroit Indie/Alt Pop solo project turned 5-piece, No Alarms. Their last single hit Hype Machine with coverage from 3 blogs, and is still receiving commercial and college radio support in Detroit. Their debut EP charted on college radio in 2018 and landed on network TV.

“Find Me” is about embracing being an outsider. It’s about calling yourself one of the weird ones, who chooses to create and make instead of be forced into the poorly fitted molds that have always felt a little off. Churning, rhythmic synths and live, energetic drums form the foundation of this lifting track, with vocal harmonies that build this spacey song up piece by piece. Find Me, Find Yourself.

No Alarms was born in Texas as the solo passion project of multi-instrumentalist Andrew Boles, and has since bloomed into a Detroit-based, fully-fledged, five-piece. No Alarms is blending the lines between modern indie pop and new wave revival, and building an engrossing live show from the ground up.

Their debut single, “Right is What’s Left”, was featured in an episode of ABC’s “Kevin Probably Saves the World” originally airing on February 6th, 2018. ‘No Alarms’ EP was the 13th most added record on NACC college charts its debut week, and has since peaked at #132 on the NACC 200.

King Salomon – What You Expect? @KingSalomon_

0

“What You Expect?” from King Salomon is a high energy hip hop record with lyrics and cadences they blend the new and old school of rhyming together. It is meant to be a statement record for anyone working hard to achieve their goals.

King Salomon, is a refreshing new artist with the ability to unite older and newer Hip-Hop fans. Salomon uses his skills to talk to those who hustle and grind, and don’t get the chance to be heard. His goal is to make his last name as prominent in America, as it is back in Haiti, in order to successfully live out his family’s legacy.

“The biggest differences in my music compared to other artists is the ability to make records that can unite older more hardcore rap fans with the newer melodic fans. I speak about topics that include: the idea that destiny is real, betrayal amongst friends and family, the pursuit of success and what happiness really is, depression, and many other topics that go overlooked in today’s world.”

Jon Salomon was born in Brooklyn, NY but grew up in Roselle, New Jersey, which he describes as, “a place where you have to learn to be tough and fend for yourself.” Artists like Jay-Z, Andre 3000, Lil Wayne and Nas, helped grow his love for Hip-Hop and you can hear their influence in his music. At a young age, Salomon’s mother brought him to concerts and he always dreamed of being as big as those artists on stage.

Since those childhood experiences, King Salomon has performed in Brooklyn, New Jersey, as well as on the SXSW stage in 2018. He has also collaborated with Cruch Calhoun, Blaze the Rebel, and Prophet, as well as producer AxG Productionz, who has worked with Kevin Gates and NBA YoungBoy. Since Salomon’s start, he’s released two projects, “Book of Salomon Chap.1” in February of 2017, and followed with “Book of Salomon Chap. 2” in December of 2017. His most recent work, “Night Before,” released back in September, was featured on Respect Mag, along with it’s music video.

“Pressure,” a notable track off of Salomon’s second project, talks about how different conflicts like one’s environment, depression, money, and failure will occur throughout a person’s life, but they can still push through and shine.

“All my music is a reflection of me and my thoughts. I speak about events that happened in my life, stories from my friends and family, my everyday thoughts and emotions, as well as the grind of living with the purpose of being successful in whatever you do.”

As King Salomon pushes to build his career through unique sounds and authentic word play, and continues to push those that are hustling, as well as himself, out of the struggle and into prosperity.
